Sears finance chief steps down
ATLANTA — — Sears Holdings Corp. said Monday it appointed Michael Collins as senior vice president of finance and expects him to replace J. Miles Reidy as chief financial officer before its fiscal year ends.
Mr. Reidy intends to step down later in the year to tend to a family issue, Sears said, without giving further details.
