Toyota stalls Woodstock production plans

Toyota Motor Corp. is delaying plans to reach full production at its new plant in Woodstock, Ont., in another sign that the slump in North American auto sales is growing beyond the Detroit Three. The new plant in southwestern Ontario will still begin producing RAV4 crossover utility vehicles in November, but plans for a second shift designed to help it reach full production of 150,000 vehicles a year have been put off indefinitely.
