Judge promises quick ruling on ABCP plan's fairness
TORONTO — The judge overseeing the $32-billion restructuring of the frozen ABCP market says he will rule as soon as possible whether the plan is fair, after challengers urged him to throw out a clause making it impossible to sue those who sold the paper.
