Dollar falls sharply from its high

The high-flying loonie ran into severe turbulence Monday, falling sharply from a 33-year high against the U.S. dollar, and some currency experts figure it could before long crash back down through the parity barrier, at least for a time. The Canadian dollar finished the day at $1.02 (U.S.), down about 1.55 cents from Friday's official Bank of Canada close.
