Mattel is in the news again Friday, this time issuing an apology to China. The use of lead paint on some of its toys was the result of design flaws, not because of any problems at Chinese manufacturing plants. "Mattel takes full responsibility for these recalls and apologizes personally to you, the Chinese people, and all of our customers who received the toys," Thomas A.
