TORONTO (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock market index opened higher on Monday as strength in commodity prices lifted EnCana Corp, Goldcorp and other resource names.
The S&P/TSX composite index rose 82.99 points, or 0.73 percent, to 11,490.67.
