Carrier Corp.'s Automated Logic Controls Business Acquires Logical Automation, Inc.

KENNESAW, Ga., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Carrier Corporation's Automated Logic controls business, a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative control systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting and energy management of buildings, has acquired Logical Automation, Inc. (LAI), an independent controls contractor. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Carrier Corp. is a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

An Automated Logic dealer, Logical Automation designs, installs, and services building control systems and has a long record of technology leadership and a reputation for customer care.
