HAMILTON, Bermuda, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Platinum Underwriters Holdings, Ltd. (NYSE: PTP) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per common share. The dividend is payable on December 31, 2009 to shareholders of record on December 1, 2009.
