Old Republic Declares Cash Dividend on Common Stock

CHICAGO, Aug. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Old Republic International Corporation (NYSE: ORI) today declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 17 cents per share. This dividend is payable September 15, 2009, to shareholders of record on September 4, 2009.

2009 marks the 68th year of uninterrupted cash dividend payments, and the 27th consecutive year that Old Republic has boosted its annualized cash dividend rate.
