DRC Awarded $1.6 Million Air Force Training and Performance Support Subcontract

Company Partners with Vangent to Provide Learning Modernization to Royal Saudi Air Force

ANDOVER, Mass., April 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dynamics Research Corporation (Nasdaq: DRCO), a leading provider of innovative management consulting, engineering, and information technology services and solutions to federal and state governments, today announced that it was awarded a $1.6 million contract to support the U.S. Air Force 350th Electronic Systems Group at Hanscom, Air Force Base, Mass. Under the terms of the two year contract, DRC will partner with prime contractor Vangent, Inc. to provide training and performance support to the Royal Saudi Air Force's (RSAF) School of Command, Control and Communications in Saudi Arabia.

DRC will assist Vangent with the conversion of over 1,400 training modules to an e-learning platform for Web-based delivery. These new e-learning, Web-based modules will improve the speed and performance of RSAF's training courseware and reduce management and maintenance issues. Additionally, DRC will provide an onsite training manager for system technical support and to train instructors on the operation and functionality of the e-learning platform. The prime contract calls for the complete modernization of the training environment including new workstations and classroom hardware, a Learning Management System (LMS), and an expanded network infrastructure.
