Warrior Girl Corp Signs Letter of Intent With American Resources Petroleum Corporation

13:41 EST Friday, November 21, 2008

EWING, N.J., Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Warrior Girl Corp (Pink Sheets: WRGL) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent with American Resources Petroleum Corporation (ARPC) to acquire a full license for ARPC's oil sand and oil shale extraction process. In addition to the license, Warrior Girl is obtaining leases to tar sand locations in Utah's Uinta Basin with proven recoverable oil reserves in excess of 50 million barrels. These deposits and the surrounding lands in eastern Utah are the most accessible and highest grade oil sands deposits in the world. The Company's extraction process is one of the most advanced recovery systems for oil sand and oil shale extraction. More than 50 tar sands deposits are found in eastern Utah, containing an estimated 12 to 19 billion barrels of oil.

The Company will use extraction technology that will yield more than 99% of the available oil present in the tar sands in a process that is economical and environment friendly. There is no exploration risk involved and no decline curve: a completely different business model from the conventional oil producer. The extracted oil will be sold to refineries throughout the Intermountain West. The left over sand is oil free, and suitable for sale as a premium construction material, for use as backfill or for a number of other commercial purposes.
