CALGARY, Sept. 4 /CNW/ - (TSX.V: PBT, FSE:P5W) Pemberton Energy Ltd. wishes to announce that it has entered into a private placement for up to $100,000 at $0.05 per unit. Each unit shall consist of one non-flow-through share and one non-flow-through warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional share for a period of two years from the closing date at an exercise price of five cents per share if purchased in the first year and 10 cents per share if purchased in the second year. Cash or stock commission at the maximum allowable by TSX Venture Exchange amount may be payable to agents
