AAER announces change to its Board of Directors

MONTREAL, Aug. 27 /CNW/ - AAER Inc. (TSX-V: AAE), ("AAER" or the "Corporation"), Canada's only original equipment manufacturer of wind turbines of 1 megawatt ("MW") and more, today announced that Mr. Claude Fontaine, who has served on the Board of Directors of the Corporation since June 26, 2008, has resigned as director, effective August 25, 2009, for personal reasons. The Board of Directors of AAER thank him for his involvement with the Company and for his collaboration and professionalism in the exercise of his functions.
