(ZIP-TSX Venture Exchange) ("ZipLocal" or the "Company") announces that it was in default of TSX Venture Exchange requirements for failing to hold an annual meeting of its shareholders within the time frames required by the TSX Venture Exchange and corporate law. The Company has called an annual and special meeting of shareholders for July 20, 2009 with a record date of June 12, 2009. This disclosure has been requested by the TSX Venture Exchange.
