MONTREAL, April 13 /CNW Telbec/ - Caldera Resources Inc. (the "Company"), (www.calderaresources.com), announces today that it has entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement with NMR360 Technologies of Montreal ("NMR"). NMR has proprietary chloride leaching technology and know-how that liberates certain precious metals and base metals from various ores and concentrates. NMR will provide technical support to Caldera in conducting initial evaluation of its projects in South Eastern Europe and Armenia.
This new Strategic Alliance Agreement further enhances Caldera's ability to develop projects in South Eastern Europe to recover not only gold and copper using both chloride leaching and bioleaching technology, but also enhances its ability to recover rare earths, PGMs and base metals from tailings and waste rock sites. The Company is currently focusing its efforts on potential projects located in Serbia, Albania, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) and Armenia. NMR360's professionals combined have over 70 years experience in the extractive metallurgical industry with companies such as Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines, Noranda and Hatch. NMR is lead by Managing Partner, Bryn Harris.
