MONTREAL, Aug. 26 /CNW Telbec/ - As part of the Port of Montreal open house day on August 31, members of the media are invited to attend the opening ceremony of the Port in the City Day activities, a ceremony that will be followed by a tour of the Port of Montreal facilities.
The ceremony will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on the same day as the open house. In attendance will be the honourable Michael M Fortier, Minister of International Trade and Minister responsible for the Greater Montreal region, Montréal Mayor Mr. Gérald Tremblay, and Mr. Patrice M. Pelletier, President and CEO of the Montreal Port Authority, all of whom will speak to the invited guests. After the ceremony, guests will be taken on a tour of the Port of Montreal facilities from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
