(the "Company" or "Sprylogics") (TSX-VENTURE: SPY), a developer of next generation semantic search technologies and intelligence-based risk mitigation software and services, announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with INK Research Corp. (INK) of Vancouver, BC. The MOU provides the basis for development of a strategic marketing alliance between Sprylogics and INK, whereby each party will agree to advertise, promote and provide access to the other's products from their respective Web Sites.
Under this co-marketing initiative, it is proposed that Sprylogics and INK will develop a content sharing program which will provide subscribers of Sprylogics' www.Integradb.com website, access to insider reports for Canadian public companies, produced by INK. www.Integradb.com is a web based due diligence search engine for the financial markets based on social network analysis.
In addition, it is contemplated that this affiliate marketing strategy will also provide subscribers of INK's www.INKResearch.ca web site and www.Canadianinsider.com web site with access to proprietary information and social analysis graphs relating to the North American financial markets and participants. Currently, this information is available exclusively to subscribers of www.integradb.com .
