TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 9, 2009) - Nanotech Sciences Corp. ("Nanotech") (TSX VENTURE:NAN.P) announced today that it has been granted an extension in which to complete its "qualifying transaction" under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange from February 13, 2010 to March 31, 2010. Nanotech is confident that it will be able to complete its qualifying transaction within this time period.
