Mr. Anderson is a Chartered Accountant and has a broad range of experience. He works with several Canadian and US listed companies and has prior experience as a partner with an international accounting and consulting firm practicing in the areas of business valuation, mergers and acquisitions and business planning services.
Mr. Anderson's appointment will be effective March 18, 2009.
