ALISO VIEJO, Calif. (Business Wire) -- The Board of Directors of Ringler Associates®, the insurance industry's largest structured settlement company, announces their decision to restructure management, effective Jan. 1, 2010, according to President and CEO Robert J. Blattenberg from company headquarters in Aliso Viejo, California.
“The major element in the restructuring plan reflects a move from four division heads to two new regional director positions, each supported by a full-time business development director. The Board's decision aligns the company's daily operations to take advantage of opportunities presented by the rapidly changing face of the future. Forward thinking and innovation have kept us at the forefront of our industry since 1975,” Board Chairman Michael J. Casey, stated.
The Board selected as the new Western Regional Director James J. Brady, Manager of Southern California Operations and associate in charge of the Aliso Viejo office. This new position brings together the current Western and Mid-Western divisions. Casey remarked, “Jim joined Ringler in 1985, and he has been a major contributor to our success. He was elected to the Board two years ago and has proven to be a valuable resource and contributor.”
James Early, from the Manchester, New Hampshire office, will serve as the Eastern counterpart, merging the present Eastern and Southern divisions. “In 2002, Jim, also a Board member, became affiliated with Ringler and was Producer of the Year in 2005. He currently represents Ringler as a Board member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA),” added Casey.
Commenting on the decision to restructure, Casey continued, “Over the past several years, we have made great strides in reshaping our organization to enhance the quality of our services to clients and to maximize the advantages of the Ringler brand for associates. The input from our leadership groups, drawn from our talented field of producers, was pivotal to these decisions. Our course is set for success and we relish and accept our responsibilities as an industry leader.”
Working with Early in the Eastern region as New Business Development Director is Joel L. Mullis, Vice President-New Business Development, National Marketing, Baton Rouge. Supporting Brady is new Western New Business Development Director Achim Wallmann, National Marketing, Indianapolis.
The existing four division heads will remain with Ringler as associates in their respective offices. They are: Michael Casey, Mid-Western Division, Chicago; Dennis English, Eastern Division, Charleston; Pat Farber, Western Division, Newport Beach; and Scott Hoover, Southern Division, Orlando.
