TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 21, 2005) - Centillion Industries Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CID) announced today that it's wholly owned division, MPC Circuits Inc. has engaged Doyle Salewski Inc. and has issued a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal ("NOI") in order to facilitate the division's operational, commercial, and financial restructuring. This process will allow MPC Circuits to reorganize itself and restructure its costs to complete the transformation into Centillion's strategic acquisition structure. This notice will continue in effect until the end of February, 2005.
"This action will allow MPC Circuits to make the changes needed to compete more effectively and profitably in today's technology environment" said Centillion Industries president Wray Hodgson. "Centillion continues to aggressively pursue it's acquisition strategy which will allow the company to expand to larger markets and broader product and service offerings."
