WILMINGTON, Del. (Business Wire) -- Hercules Incorporated (NYSE:HPC) announced today that Kathryn (Katy) L. Fialkowski has been named President, Pinova Division, effective January 1, 2005.
In announcing the appointment, President and CEO Craig Rogerson said: "Our Pinova Division will profit from Katy's extensive operational management experience, including marketing, sales, service and business process improvement for leading international companies. Since joining Hercules in 2003, she has demonstrated her leadership and management skills in several corporate-wide projects and initiatives critical to the successful execution of our strategy."
Ms. Fialkowski is currently Director, Hercules Project Manager Office. Formerly, she was Vice President, International Business Development for Partech International, a venture capital firm, and Vice President, Customer Services for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at UUNET Technologies (now a part of MCI's Internet portfolio). She was also Program Manager for General Electric's Six Sigma Quality Program.
Ms. Fialkowski holds a Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University and a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.
