He will also serve on the Board for Community Bank of Central California.
Chapin is well known to the Central Coast community as President and CEO of The Don Chapin Co., a leading construction business. Born in Watsonville, California and a lifelong local resident, Chapin is also celebrated for his community service, helping such organizations as the United Way of Monterey County, the YMCA, the Boy Scouts and the California International Airshow.
