LOS ANGELES (Business Wire) -- Yeahronimo Media Ventures Inc. (the "Company") (OTC:YNMO), an integrated media content and service provider, has announced the appointment of Ronald S. Tucker to the Board of Directors to fill a vacancy on the Board of Directors. The company further announced the election of Ronald S. Tucker as Executive Vice President, Secretary, house general counsel, and acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
"Mr. Freni was previously replaced as the President and Secretary of the company, was removed as a director. His removal became necessary for actions which include, but are not limited to filing a change of name for the Company without the authorization of the Company's Board of Directors and approval of its shareholders, and he continued to hold himself out as the President and Secretary after his removal from those offices. Mr. Freni was removed as a director pursuant to a provision of the company's bylaws which allowed the board of directors to remove a director for cause," stated Ben van Wijhe, President and CEO of the Company.
Mr. van Wijhe further stated that "the Company's commercial business is currently conducted through subsidiaries in Europe; however, the Company plans to bring its business plan to the United States. Mr. Tucker was the founder of Tensleep Technologies (the former name of the Company) which acquired Yeahronimo Media Venures, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Mr. Tucker will be responsible for providing information to the Company's investors, and to provide management assistance in providing the Company's services and products to US consumers."
