Dream Catcher Retreats Introduces Corporate Membership Plan; Destination Club Takes Corporate Entertaining to New Level

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. (Business Wire) -- Leading luxury destination club Dream Catcher Retreats introduces their Corporate Plan, designed to offer corporate leaders access to a portfolio of extraordinary vacation homes in some of the world's most popular travel destinations.

Corporate Plan membership provides company officers, directors, business development and senior sales executives an impressive new option for client entertainment, incentive travel and corporate retreats. It is also an ideal way for corporate executives to simply get away, relax and enjoy time with family and friends.

With luxury homes ideally located in desirable destinations including Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; Amelia Island, Fla.; Telluride, Colo.; Scottsdale, Ariz.; and Jackson Hole, Wyo., corporate members can conduct business and entertain clients in style.

According to Scott Anderson, CEO Dream Catcher Retreats, the Corporate Plan is designed for elite organizations whose leaders are looking for an alternative to the golf course or the luxury sporting event sky box as a venue for business-to-business development and high-level VIP entertainment. Dream Catcher homes also provide the perfect atmosphere for board meetings and strategic retreats. "We're providing corporate members an asset that helps them enhance client relationships, boost employee morale and increase their own productivity," said Anderson.

"For roughly the same price as a corporate golf membership at a private club, companies can utilize a variety of $3.25-million-plus homes for 30 days annually for private events or corporate retreats set against some of the most breathtaking backdrops in the world," said Anderson. "Entrepreneurs have always found new and unique ways to grow their businesses. Imagine hosting your clients in a majestic home on a private vineyard in Napa Valley. Review proposals on the wraparound veranda or by one of the five fireplaces, then seal the deal from a hot air balloon. For Dream Catcher Retreat corporate members, business really is pleasure," he said.

"From a strictly financial standpoint, the Corporate Plan offers an alternative to buying private residences or retreats, or renting multiple hotel rooms. Your company has access to multiple homes and destinations without the burden of upkeep or maintenance expenses," said Anderson. "In addition, membership can be capitalized on the balance sheet as an asset, rather than expensed on the P & L, which any CFO can appreciate."

Dream Catcher Retreats corporate members are also assigned a personal reservation assistant and destination hosts who arrange every detail of the trip, from stocking the home with favorite refreshments to organizing group outings. "The Corporate Plan, in essence, comes complete with an event planner to help ensure your gatherings go as smoothly as if you were at a luxury resort or in your own board room," said Anderson.

To further ensure the Corporate Plan meets the needs of executives, homes are equipped with everything from basic office necessities such as paper clips and highlighters to the most sophisticated communication technologies, including computers with high-speed internet service and telephones with conferencing capabilities.

The Corporate Plan is available for a one-time refundable membership fee of $295,000 for the first 10 corporate memberships (after which membership will be offered at the regular rate of $325,000) and annual dues of $24,000. Membership includes 30 days access annually to the collection of world class vacation homes as well as the option to purchase ten additional off-peak days on a per-night basis.

The Corporate Plan is just one of many Dream Catcher plans designed to address individual needs and preferences. Other plans include a Golf Plan with access to both luxury homes and some of the finest signature courses in North America. This plan is available for a one-time refundable membership fee of $150,000 and annual dues of $17,500.

Taking the hassle out of vacation home ownership and vacation planning, Dream Catcher Retreats provides a truly remarkable and luxurious vacation experience. The club will limit its membership to 400, affording members greater access to homes as well as exclusive personal attention. Currently, Dream Catcher Retreats has an industry-leading member to home ratio of 5 to 1.

A leading destination club, Dream Catcher Retreats offers membership to private luxury vacation homes, averaging more than $3 million in value, in top travel destinations throughout North America, and soon the world. Membership includes access to exclusive resort communities and services in each Dream Catcher Retreats home location, a dedicated Personal Reservation Assistant and Destination Hosts. Dream Catcher Retreats is committed to providing its members with superior service and creating memorable vacation experiences.
