WHAT: Celebrities from the cast of the "Survivor" reality
television series including Rudy Boesch, Jenna Lewis,
Richard Hatch, and Rupert Boneham will join dozens of local
contestants in an attempt to outspin, outplay and outlast
each other during Barona Valley Ranch Resort & Casino's
ultimate slot challenge. The two-day "Slot Survivor
Tournament" features 36 tournament slot machines and $65,000
in cash and prizes -- and only one final "Slot Survivor."
WHY: This private tournament takes the excitement of playing
slots to a new level. Inspired by the reality television
series "Survivor," this competition pits players against one
another and the Survivors strategize and compete for the
Grand Prize -- but fortunately without the bugs, rats, or
lack of food and water. The slot survivors won't be
competing in the depths of the jungle or on a remote desert
island, but at one of San Diego's leading resort
destinations.
Richard Hatch will also deal several rounds of Blackjack in
the casino on Tuesday, November 16 at 5:00 p.m.
