Monitronics to Announce Financial Results

DALLAS, June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Monitronics International, Inc. a leading national provider of security alarm monitoring services, announces its intention to release financial results for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2005 on Monday, June 20, 2005.

Following the financial release, Company's management will host a conference call to discuss the Company's year-to-date fiscal year 2005 financial performance. The call is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. (CDT) Central Daylight Time on June 20, 2005.
