Shares of The Private Bank of California Begin Trading on the OTC Bulletin Board

LOS ANGELES (Business Wire) -- The Private Bank of California, in Century City, announced its common stock began trading today on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol PBCA (OTCBB:PBCA). The OTC Bulletin Board stock quotation system is operated by the National Association of Securities Dealers.
Following a record initial public offering of $36.3 million The Private Bank of California opened for business on October 24. The IPO, the largest ever by a bank in California, was subscribed to by 338 investors.
Market makers for the bank's stock currently are Joey J. Warmenhoven, senior vice president, Morgan Securities, and Dave Bonaccorso, Bear Stearns & Co.
