The SNC-Lavalin Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Dolan to the position of Senior Vice-President Legal Affairs and General Counsel.
Mr. Dolan has spent the last 17 years with a major Quebec law firm, including 10 years as a partner, where he practiced corporate law as well as commercial and international law. Mr. Dolan's extensive experience in acquisitions, joint ventures and technology transfer will contribute significantly to SNC--Lavalin's growth in the international arena.
Mr. Dolan is a member of the Bar of the Province of Quebec and the Law Society of Upper Canada. He holds a bachelor's degree in Common Law and Civil Law from McGill University, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
