The partners of Heenan Blaikie are pleased to announce that Jacques A. Nadeau has joined their Montreal office, where he will be a member of the labour and employment law team.
A law and commerce graduate from McGill University, Mr. Nadeau was called to the Quebec Bar in 1983. He has practised in labour and employment law, representing employers of the private and public sectors before administrative tribunals and the civil courts. He regularly acts as spokesperson for private sector employers in the negotiation of collective agreements.
Mr. Nadeau has published various articles and has participated in several conferences dealing with issues related to labour and employment law.
