As an Associate Partner at Four Corners Group, Brett brings a decade of experience recruiting on behalf of Fortune 500 companies at both the mid-market and senior levels. After an early career in marketing with both Adidas Canada and Canadian Tire Corporation, he joined Canada’s first retained executive search firm as a member of their research team. While in this capacity, Brett learned the value of true “research driven” recruiting, and became well-versed in human capital requirements across a number of industry verticals. He held several progressive senior roles and brought significant value to the firm, internally and externally.
Brett then spent three years leading assignments on behalf of a boutique mid-market firm. Clients included companies requiring sales and marketing talent in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Professional Services, Technology and Industrial Products verticals.
Brett’s approach to search involves building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Creating a true partnership and consistently delivering outstanding results has allowed him to partner with an impressive number of prominent organizations. Brett has a B.A. from Queen’s University, and a certificate in business fundamentals from the University of Toronto. Brett is President of the Trinity College School Alumni Association, and serves as a member of the School’s Board of Governors.
