Mr. Tim Wilson succeeds Derek Fry, who will retire at the end of May after serving as President of Visa Canada for 12 years and a long and distinguished career in the financial services industry in the United Kingdom and Canada. Mr. Fry led Visa Canada through a period of great change, including being a key contributor to Visa’s transition to a publicly traded global company. Under Mr. Fry’s leadership and vision, Visa Canada also championed the Canadian migration to chip card technology.
