Scotiabank is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Fournier to the position of Senior Vice-President, Enterprise Architecture and Methodology. His new position will oversee the delivery of systems architecture and methodology, bringing together solutions delivery, infrastructure, network and security architecture in support of common business imperatives across the Scotiabank Group.
Mr. Fournier has acquired tremendous technology leadership experience within the financial services industry, in both domestic and international arenas. Most recently, Mr. Fournier has worked with Scotiabank as a Management Consultant, providing information technology expertise on our international acquisitions, and leading the systems integration work in Peru. Mr. Fournier has spent 16 years with Scotiabank, holding positions in Audit, Information Technology and Systems, and the New York Agency before becoming Vice-President, Infrastructure Architecture and Development, e-Scotia Inc., supporting Scotiabank’s e-commerce businesses, channels and applications.
