Darren Entwistle, President and CEO of TELUS Corporation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Delaloye as Executive Vice President and President, Consumer Solutions. In his position, Dan will be responsible for maximizing market share in Western Canada by providing innovative and integrated Internet Protocol (IP), voice and wireless solutions to consumers.

At TELUS, Dan most recently served as Vice President, International and Carrier Services, where he led the Wholesale Business through a significant period of growth and change. He joined TELUS in 1993 and has held several executive positions including leading the Alberta Consumer Markets division. Prior to joining TELUS, Dan was with Xerox Corporation where he held senior roles in sales, marketing, operations and human resources.

Dan is active in the community supporting the United Way, Junior Achievement and the arts. He has degrees in business and education from the University of Manitoba, and is a graduate of the Executive Telecommunications Program at the University of Southern California.
