Cameco is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Bruce to the company’s board of directors.

Bruce, a chartered accountant and former co-chairman of the board of independent investment dealer Peters & Co. Limited, brings extensive experience in investment banking, finance, and mergers and acquisitions, and has provided investment underwriting and advisory services to energy industry corporations, institutional investors and private clients.

The addition of Bruce’s depth of experience to Cameco’s board of directors will strengthen corporate governance and add value for our corporate shareholders.

Cameco, with its head office in Saskatoon, Canada, is one of the world’s largest uranium producers.
