John Maduri, president of TELUS Business Solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Bayliffe as president TELUS Sourcing Solutions (TSS), Canada's first company devoted exclusively to alternative human resources (HR) service delivery. TSS was created in September 2003 through an innovative private-public partnership between the Calgary Health Region and TELUS.

Stephen will lead the TSS team in delivering end-to-end HR solutions to healthcare and other organizations across Canada, enabling these organizations to focus on their core business. Stephen's extensive experience in the new, growing and exciting field of alternative HR service delivery will enable TSS to provide its clients with unparalleled innovation, technology development and human resources expertise.

Stephen joins TELUS from London, England, where he was most recently Europe, Middle East and Africa HR Solutions Leader, IBM UK Ltd. Stephen obtained a BA (Honours) in European Business Administration from a University in the UK and is a graduate of business school in the Netherlands.
