McKinsey & Company Canada is pleased to announce the election of Carolyn Aiken as a Principal of the worldwide partnership. Ms. Aiken is based in the Toronto office. She represents the best of the Firm and delivers distinctive value to our clients and the community.
Ms. Aiken is a leader of McKinsey’s Global Leadership and Organization Practice and serves North American financial services, consumer packaged goods, and retail clients on a range of issues. She focuses primarily on managing large-scale, people-oriented performance improvement programs that integrate strategic, operational, and cultural interventions. Ms. Aiken also coaches CEOs and their senior teams, helping them develop innovative and effective approaches to lead organizational change and transformation initiatives. Her research on these approaches has been published.
Ms. Aiken has an MA in economics and international relations from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. She joined the Firm in 2000.
