Scotiabank is pleased to announce the appointment of Russell A. Morgan to the position of Senior Vice-President, Investments. Based in Toronto, Mr. Morgan will be responsible for overseeing the Bank's proprietary bond and equity investment portfolios as well as securities lending.
Mr. Morgan joins the Bank from Scotia Capital Markets, where he was Managing Director and Global Head of Fixed Income. He brings to his new position over 27 years' experience in fixed income trading, sales and management.
