Spencer Stuart is pleased to announce that Andrew MacDougall was elected to the worldwide Board of Directors of the firm at its recent annual meeting of Senior Directors. Andrew is Spencer Stuart's Managing Director for Canada, and is a member of the firm's Global Financial Services Practice as well as its Board Services Practice.
The Board of Directors of Spencer Stuart is the elected body responsible for the governance of the firm on behalf of shareholders comprised of all consultants, each of whom own an equal share of the firm, and senior staff.
