Damn Right!: Behind the Scenes with Berkshire Hathaway Billionaire Charlie Munger
By Janet Lowe, with a foreward by Warren Buffett
John Wiley & Sons, 294 pages

Janet Lowe has made a career of documenting the thoughts of Berkshire Hathaway chairman Warren Buffett, the megabillionaire who is widely regarded as the canniest investor in America.

In Damn Right! she provides a detailed portrait of Mr. Buffet's lesser known partner, the Harvard-trained and incredibly well connected corporate lawyer Charlie Munger. A man of firm opinions, he is quoted as saying, "it is a crime in American to build a weak bridge. How much nobler is it to build a weak company?"

Janet Lowe has made a major contribution to investment literature. Filled with epigrams and much wisdom, Damn Right! is a good read. For the investor who wants to spend a pleasant evening with a fine financial mind or as gift for the experienced investor, it's a great buy.
