Globe Portfolio makes maintaining your mutual fund portfolio easy.
Globe Portfolio will automatically record mutual fund distributions in your portfolio. Distributions will appear in your portfolio on approximately the sixth business day of the month following the month in which the distribution was issued.
If you have bought additional units or sold units since your initial investment in the fund, you can record this change in the number of units held by clicking Record Buy/Sell - Funds on the Globe Portfolio Menu. No actual units will be bought or sold.
If you purchase or sell units of your funds on a regular basis throughout the year, you can step up a recurring buy or sell by clicking Start Recurring Buy/Sell on the Globe Portfolio Menu. Globe Portfolio will automatically record the purchase or sale of fund units on the dates you specify. No actual units will be bought or sold.
From time to time in the management of your mutual funds, there may be fees or expenses incurred that you would want to account for inside your portfolio. RRSP trustee fees are a good example of this type of fee. Click Record Additional Fee on the Globe Portfolio Menu to track these kinds of mutual fund-related fees in your portfolio.
