He is keen on genealogy, has written his family history, and regularly writes for several genealogy publications in Britain. He's also written another book, a biography of Field Marshal Sir Claude Auchinleck, a British commander in the Second World War who battled Erwin Rommel, the German general known as the Desert Fox. His interest in Sir Claude? Mr. Greenwood served as his aide de camp in Africa and India.
